Organising Fediverse follows in groups: Are there tools to easily manage your follows and groups?

For Twitter there used to be 3rd party services that offered you e.g. a matrix of your follows and your groups. With a few clicks you could add or remove anyone from one or more groups.

The number of accounts I follow has grown too much. Nowadays, I predominantly get to see content from my own timezone. That‘s why I want to use groups more.
