I actually went and brewed the deck. My hope is to find a book on using Linux and make one of those hollowed out books for its deck box.

It's going to be a lot of work for a deck I bet I'll have to beg for anyone to even remotely let me play ever...

The brew is bracket 2 and only has the silver border card as the commander. But I know it's invasive enough that few will want to explore how interesting it makes gameplay...
