I don't mean this in a self-congratulatory way--it's not a fancy or even particularly interesting picture--but getting to watch the swallows (or sometimes the kingbirds, or sometimes the kingfishers!), sit and chat up on the lines does me immeasurable good.

@handmade_ghost You may have noticed that I'm also a fan of photographing the same scene multiple times, just with variations in the seasonal foliage (favorite riverside hang) or subject's attitude (the ever-entertaining Mr Swayze in his favorite chair). 💖
