Nothing elite universities do to appease this administration will ever be enough - short of a complete takeover of the entire institution. The US Right has seen universities as the enemy for decades - they won’t be satisfied with a „Buckley Center“ or whatever this thing will be.

Every kernel universities will give this administration is ground they cede - and won’t get back for a long time, if ever. Meanwhile, MAGA will frame the concession as proof their smears and accusations were, in fact, accurate, and demand even harsher actions be taken against the university.
