cobaltIt was 90° at 6 am today. No more opening up the house at 6 am to let a little fresh air in. It’s broke a heat record here yesterday for early July—118°. Not looking forward to today. I’m going to need a lot of coffee to get ready to face this day. Things to do, even though it’s already hot. I think so often of those who work outdoors. Even if your job is driving, the sun and heat comes through the windows. A long long summer ahead.

@twelvemileroad I was shocked my first year in Arizona just how tan my left arm got. I had a job where I had to travel the state average 2-3 days a week. Then I remembered that lotion and sun lotion are not luxuries anymore, but necessary. I’m so sorry you have no AC in your truck. I never realized how essential it is before.
