Anna ☃️ commissions open

A few weeks ago I won a Scrawlrbox in a giveaway and got to try a coloured pencil set in the CMYK colour palette! It is such a fun challenge to draw with them, mixing all the layers 😁 It was an interesting experience for two reasons: I actually never use just CMYK colour palette for drawing, and the pencils need careful planning as I can't really premix the colours and see what came out the way I'd do it with paints :)

@fluffyfied Thank you! Yes, it was quite fun, and I like the pencils themselves because they can be blended nicely with a tortillon :D Which isn't the case for any other coloured pencils I own

@fluffyfied oh really? It's a nice addition to pencils for sure, at least with 'normal' pencils it blends very well and can be quite precise since it has a sharp and stiff tip :> I like blending my first layer and then draw more over it to get a smooth feel without too much work (which I did with the seal) 😅

@Anna It sounds like something I should try out.  
So far I'm smudging color pencils by using a white color pencil.
