@xkcd
Thoughts and Prayers to fix this sign
@xkcd there goes doc and bonnie with their chainsaw and gasoline again.
@xkcd Fix the kerning in THI S: If you have to ask, you can't afford it.
@xkcd $10,000: get rid of the QR code
@xkcd But how do you make it a subscription model???
@Cyberoutsider @xkcd Bringing up a new sign every week.
@Cyberoutsider @xkcd the fixed version will contain new … issues.

@Cyberoutsider
Maybe introduce new rendering bugs in each next version of the sign, like, someone pays to fix font kerning, then the owner of the sign does it, but breaks aligning/centering again

"Fix This Sign"
What will it cost to get a true message on it?
@xkcd Your missing a huge market by having no misused apostrophe's.
@railmaps @xkcd oh yep that'd get me handing over the cash. urgh.
@xkcd @lisamelton This could work. I’m already feeling itchy.

@xkcd

Looks like a good gig to me

@xkcd Needs quote marks. There'd be a huge slap fight over ASCII vs Unicode (ASCII is the correct answer) and you'd get paid every step of the way.
@kentenmakto @xkcd *slap* Unicode! Unicode based on the quoted language! “English”, „Deutsch“, « Français », …
@xkcd the hover-over text (aka alt text) just saved me $100. Cool!

@xkcd
😁
Reminds me to the proverb:
"If you really hate someone
teach them to recognize bad kerning!"

😋

@xkcd @xtaran Hits *all* my buttons, and I’m not even a designer
