Important note:

Practice saying "no".

Don't accept every obligation. Don't sign off on every task given to you, don't do everything asked of you, even with good intentions.

You are allowed to have time for yourself, for things you want to do, even if that means sitting at home and relaxing.

You are allowed to say no, and in sexual situations, this goes double.

It's so important for you to know that "no" is a valid option, any time you need.

Yes, sometimes that means either having to be honest that you need time, or making up a white lie for why something isn't working for you. It really is okay. You're important and so are your mental health, emotional health and physical health.

Feel free to practice saying "no" in the replies! Good luck, friend! I'm cheering for you!!!

@Bwee I find it's also important to apply this to yourself. Sometimes you have to say no to obligations you have set for yourself.

For example, I have chores I like to do on the weekend to keep the house ticking over, and if I'm not feeling up to them I can get frustrated and feel bad. In times like this, I need to say "no" to myself and allow that recovery time I need instead.
@Bard Very very good points!!! 💙💙💙💙
