@D6016 god i hate that part of interviews tho. stare intensely into their face for half a sentance. then break it up to look around. repeat. over and over. this isnt at all intimidating. this isnt at all an actual threatening thing other animals do, locking eyes. neither of us are pokemon trainers why are we doing this

@D6016 seize control of the situation, sit next to them instead of across from them. Bonus points if you have rearrange the furniture!
(I don’t mean this entirely in jest, either. Face to face is a confrontational arrangement, where side by side is collaborative!)
