Plenty of concentration camps have been operated in-line with a ‘judicial system’.

We, I'd hope, dispute that system's validity, and reject the charges involved, but to pretend camp victims — of Nazis or others — are never indicted or convicted is a misrepresentation of reality.

I'd almost be inclined to argue it approaches Holocaust denial, it's certainly a failure to properly educate.
