Wes Streeting's 10yr plan for the NHS seems to have two key problems that have been identified:
1. Its long on aspiration but short on detail about delivery; so while many might agree with its aims, without seeing how they might be achieved in a constrained budgetary environment, scepticism remains;
2. Given the parallel reorganisation of the NHS wrapped up in the plan, the danger is repeating the Andrew Lansley 'reforms' negative impact on NHS ability to navigate such changes.
