@alfiekohn eight month ago I would have said "absolutely" cause I haven't memory holed and whitewashed US history and haven't tried to ignore the signs of where things were going for the last decades.

@alfiekohn no, eight months ago America was not a country under the rule of law, and if the author believed that he wasn't paying attention. America ceased to be a country under the rule of law on July 1, 2024, when the supreme Court decided that the president was not bound by law.
