I found that processed foods have a ridiculous amount of calorie density. Regular unprocessed foods can be tasty. I'm not denying myself all tasty processed foods, but I scan everything with the app; it made me conscious of the consequences of what I was eating, sometimes giving me second thoughts. I looked at a bag of tortilla chips, and a serving was like 7 chips, for a ridiculous number of carbs. I raged, then ate something else.
