Today was my first workout without a personal trainer. Only have one dumbbell so it was just push ups, goblet squats, and curls. It’s amazing how much less I sweat when I’m in my comfortable 70 degree house shirtless with a fan blowing on me! I also felt much more comfortable taking the rests I needed between sets since someone wasn’t waiting on me. Can’t wait to get back to a consistent routine after the move.
