I use #TeamViewer to do remote support on my mother's phone and tablet about once every two months. The devices are named "Mom's Phone" and "Mom's Tablet". Nevertheless about every six months they believe I'm using their service commercially. It's so fucking annoying.

Before everybody recommends RustDesk: I tried that, but the app is way too clunky and technical for an average end user. And the way you secure your server gave me an uneasy feeling. Feels like creating an unsecured service.
