❌ Confidentiality ≠ Career hostage situation.

❌ Non-compete beyond employment? Doesn’t hold water in court.

📜 Indian courts have repeatedly held that you can’t leash someone’s future just because they once fetched coffee in your cubicle.

🧾 Want to protect trade secrets? Draft a good NDA. 🪤 Want to trap ex-employees? That’s not how contracts work.
