Yes, I see the problem. The obvious solution is to raise their taxes to the 90% marginal rate, and for Congress to stop coddling them.

Congress critters were elected to represent the interests of their citizen voters; and corporations are not citizens, or voters.

@rbreich In basis, no. It's not a problem. As long as the employees can live a decent life, including healthcare, school for their kids and other stuff. It also depends on where the huge amount of money is spent. A bit for your own lovely life is fine because you created a lot of paid jobs. The rest can be used for creating more jobs and helping out people without a job or other kinds of problems. This can be done via taxes and smart spending of the government.

Big things are never simple.
