So, a bit of work later, and CNC Doctor has been improved:

* Own subdomain
* Endmill diameter can now be specified in tenths of a millimetre, instead of just whole millimetres
* I ran a bit of janky linear regression on the Mekanika.io numbers to get slightly more accurate calculations for feeds
* Fixed a layout bug that would cause overflow on phone screens
* Fixed a service worker bug that broke everything on Chrome

My next plan is to get a repository up (probably on Codeberg) to host the source for this PWA, so that people could use Obtainium to install it. After that, the next move is probably to get published on IzzyOnDroid, but that will take much longer.

Functionality-wise, I'm currently trying to get mm/tooth numbers from Dreanique. If I can get those, I can make an improved app for numbers specific to their endmills, which are popular (the Milo project recommends them).
