A few weeks ago I helped produce a car show in my downtown. It was an impossible amount of work to pull off, but we not only pulled it off, we put on a stunner of a show that's left car enthusiasts and the general public alike raving about how much fun it was.
Besides helping to organize it, I was also the photographer for the show. Here are some of my shots from the show.
I'm not sure how I got so deep into doing something like a car show. I don't even like cars.

Just drove my 2 "fun" cars in the past 2 days & will be driving my truck to the Alameda County Fair tomorrow.
Could put my fun cars in a show but, while I like visiting car shows on occasion, I prefer to drive them.
@sgt1372 it was in Campbell. This was our third show. We got lucky and drew a few hard hitters by chance our first year and they set the tone from the get go.
We only have space for up to 350 cars and have to screen all entries. A lot of people aren’t used to having their cars denied entry. Some of them do not hesitate to let us know their displeasure.
Well, mostly they yell at me because I run the show registration and do all of the communication leading up to the show.
Sounds like a lot of work but it also must be nice to be able to "curate" all of the cars that their owners want to be in the show. 😊
Don't think you'd include my "fun" cars because they're too common even though they're 23 & 17 yrs old now but still look "like new."
So, I won't bother submitting an application. I don't get down to Campbell much any way. LOL! 😉
