If all you have is an insanely expensive, rapidly depreciating hammer, everything had better be a nail or you'll never hit quarterly shareholder expectations.
@mhoye depending on how fast it's depreciating, you better go next door, hit everything your neighbor owns with the hammer, send them a bill, and hope they were doing a renovation project
