it has been a while since i saw part of the series and even longer since i saw the beginning and my brain is fweling hot and bothwred so it isn't working too well but here is a little of what i remwmber...
it is about a police man (forgot his rank) that gets transferred (unwillingly) to the art crime division. problem is, he can look at a painting and it says absolutely nothing to him ( not sure if in the beginning he can't even really 'see' what he looks at)

somehow or other he is thrown together with an art expert who works at xy museum who starts helpung him.
she has "hallucinations" where the painting creators talk to her to help her understand the painting amd why and how it came ro be and how that relates to the case and while i write that i have to say it sounds way weirder than it is.
there is mutual irritation and attraction. not always at the same time...
her father is a (part rime) forger and sometimes helps too

both have trauma in their past.
he has burled it/isn't aware of it or it's consequences which are his 'blindness' regarding art
and she is in therapy but sometimes her therapist is more a sounding board / fount of information for the cases she works on...

should you ever eatch an epsiode you probably wouldn't recognize the series based on my description but i am afraid that is the best i can do at the moment. maybe i can come back to it when my brain is better.

@babblingaboutstuff I looked up the description on IMDb in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep. I don't think it's the same series remade in English. I could be wrong, but your description doesn't sound like the same story either.
