Seems so. We’ll see how it plays out. Democratic states and courts may have to lead a bulk of the legal challenges.
I’ve thought for a long time now Trump’s #MAGA cult-mob-boss christian-nationalist techno-fascist authoritarian coalition would ferment the fracturing of America’s Federated Republic. Looks more likely every week. A majority of Americans don’t want this. Yet, MAGA state legislators have pushed ahead with repression for a decade already.
