In other “getting old” news, I schedule my first colonoscopy today. I hear prep sucks. Can’t be worse than facial reconstruction. I have that t-shirt too.

@ner Good luck with that. Recall when my mom had it done in 2007, the preparation part was the worst of it, but once it was all said and done, she looked back on the experience, finding it kind of interesting.

@ner It depends on which way they do it. I have heard of some that only have you drink clear liquids in preparation, and others have you drink/take a horrible medicine that ensures you get cleaned out. Either way, it’s not great, but like you said, probably not worse than face surgery.
