@urbanistorg Seems like Harrell is pandering before the election. Hard to trust he will see this through if he wins. Or he'll ensure it gets pretty watered down.

@dgodon @urbanistorg There was a sharp shift specifically after getting blown out on social housing, so I absolutely do not see it as anything other than trying to recover popularity leading up to the election.
