The only one that's recommended as a new purchase is the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It recently launched and has 7 years of support from launch. It's a folding device which is both a tall phone and a very square aspect ratio small tablet. It uses the tablet interface features when unfolded and is definitely a tablet. It's just not a large one.
