@veer66 I found urtwn adapters to be reliable and "just works". Edimax is the brand I use.

@veer66 I can also vouch for urtwn(4) adapters. The one I got from Adafruit seems to work without too much fuss. https://www.adafruit.com/product/1012 There's also a list of devices on NetBSD's urtwn(4) man page. https://man.netbsd.org/urtwn.4
