𝓐𝓷𝓭𝔂𝓣𝓲𝓮𝓭𝔂𝓮 𓀤A lot of places are building denser housing, but no transit to serve it. Then you get all of the downsides of density with few of the benefits. Everyone still has to drive, and all those cars have to park somewhere.
