@molly0xfff This home has a whippet, he’s exactly the same. He has, naturally, very little body insulation so I guess he cools off quickly but he sure does feel hot when it exits from under the duvet or his (simular) bed.
@guardeddon@molly0xfff My whippet will be panting underneath a blanket in the sun, but insist on getting covered up again if he moves. And I have to keep a gap in the blackout curtains for my cat to access the windowsill for afternoon sun.
