@MarkHoltom We live in Canada, we are from France, and my husband has a very heavy French accent in English.

From time to time he gets “I don’t speak French“ when he says something in English. To this, I answer always something French more or less sarcastic depending on my mood. And then magically his accent is not anymore an issue. 🤷‍♀️🙄
