This is the reply my labour MP sent in several parts: 1: "On the issue of welfare cuts, I’m afraid I don’t share your concerns about these proposals. There has been a lot of irresponsible fearmongering about the Government’s plans, by people who had no insight into the proposals whatsoever. This has caused concern for many vulnerable people, which should never have happened.

I understand your concerns about the rumours which circulated prior to the Government’s announcement, but I believe that the Secretary of State’s announcement should come as a comfort to everyone concerned.
