@michaelseager I am not in Sunsama any longer! Indeed, it's an awesome app. It has a robust time-blocking/boxing system which the most diligent planners will love.

I tend to find I prefer time-boxes that have a general theme rather than specific tasks. So.. Sunsama's ultimate planning is a bit lost on me.

I've never tried Todoist's options though! Not sure how complex that workflow can be.
