🇪🇺⚛️🔐 Government agencies from 18 different EU Member States are signing a joint statement on Transitioning to Post-Quantum Cryptography.

👉 Strongly recommend deploying PQC in hybrid solutions

👉 Prioritize "Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” and Long Migration Periods scenarios

👉 We urge public administration, critical infrastructure providers, IT providers, as well as all of industry, to make the transition to post-quantum cryptography a top priority

🇪🇺⚛️🔐 The Commission published guidelines for the transition of member states to Post-Quantum cryptography.

👉 All Member States should start transitioning to post-quantum cryptography by the end of 2026.

👉 the protection of critical infrastructures should be transitioned to PQC as soon as possible, no later than by the end of 2030.
