I have many eggs I need to use, and there are only so many times you can eat quiche or frittata in a week.
What other egg based recipes do you recommend (yes, you can send me your favourite quiche and frittata recipes as well)

@philbetts oh Portuguese tarts sound like an absolute dream, I never thought of making them!
@errbufferoverfl I made them once and actually not too difficult to get something that tastes great! I was lazy/cheated with frozen puff pastry, which was obviously not as good as flakey made-from-scratch, but was perfectly serviceable and probably shaved off hours.
