Day 10 of “recovery” and my walking pace is a grand 15 minutes per km! I can barely walk 2 kms at a time! This is now more than annoying!
Day 11 of “recovery” and I zoomed in my walk today at a blistering 14minutes/km. Full 1 minute faster than yesterday! That said, felt much less discomfort and managed to walk a wee bit more 2.61Kms compared 1.97 yesterday!
Day 12. Managed to walk a trifle longer, even though I thought I was feeling much better. Apparently I wasn’t. Oh well at 500m per day will need 42 days to get to 21 kms 🥴🫣
Day 14. Longest walk in recovery so far! Massive 4.47kms 🤭. Pace has gone below 12 minutes/km. This might be real progress!
Day 15. Walked nearly 5Kms, averaged 12m/Kms and walked for an hour! A few more days of this and
my recovery will be complete! 🤞🏽I can then officially start my couch to 5K 😆
