My website (small, low-traffic, simple wordpress) has been having intermittent and unexplained high CPU usage and errors for literally years. No informative error messages. Web developers couldn't help. The host couldn't help. I *moved* to a 5x the price host in the hope it would escape from whatever was wrong in the old server that no-one could find.
