No Kings protest was great, it's good news that so many critters are mobilizing.

Here's my minor suggestion: next time we all organize a mass protest, can we have a couple of protest locations directly in front of the front doors to the offices of the NYT, Washington Post, etc..

Would that be enough to get news coverage?

I'm not saying that should be the focus, there are other locations too obviously. I'm just saying maybe you have a crowd of protesters standing outside of the NYT office in Manhatten with a giant set of speakers and a giant projector showing livestreams from other locations.

Somewhat loud and bright. Since they seem to miss those events accidentally sometimes.

I'm only kind of sarcastic here. I've been watching some history coverage of the how the NYT and other newspapers covered the holocaust, and nothing has changed with how they operate, and I do kind of feel like we should be organizing protests *at media organizations*.

Large demonstrations with the demand "actually cover what the fuck is happening in the world."

If the point of a protest is to push on areas where we can affect change - then if we're seeing the biggest gatekeepers in front of information dissemination become determined to characterize fascism as business as usual.. that's a problem, right? Is that a thing where we could affect change?

Or at least steer the national coverage in a way that's impossible for them to ignore?
