I see a new jacket, a green undershirt with long sleeves, new shoes and black cargos instead of brown. We also see Robby with a helmet. See my theories in the comments. We're grasping at straws here, people!

So it's the 4th of july. WHY in God's name is Robby wearing this thick jacket?
1. It could be a flashback.
2. He's notoriously cold and bc this seems to be the night shift it might be cold(er) when he comes in.
3. He's a freak.
4. My first thought: He came with his motorbike which would need him to have a sturdier jacket.
Kind of confirmation: We see he has a helmet on his backpack in the gif.

Yes, there is a helmet. But it doesn't really look like a motorcycle helmet. More like a bicycle helmet...
Or he is wearing one of these open motorcycle helmets which - even worse!
I can't really see him riding a motorbike as an ER doc but I can see him having one to have a hobby during his downtime. #ThePitt

Something he can distract himself with and concentrate on to get out of his head. That would also suit the book Noah talked about at Doctor Mike's bc it was about "motorcycle maintenance as an art of reaching zen". And if someone needs zen, then it's Robby! #ThePitt
