and it's always both amusing and annoying to hear someone piously intone about #agile principles that fly in the face of organizational realities. so i shouldn't plan more than x sprints ahead? what about the fixed-price contract i'm working under? what about my performance goal about not exceeding initial estimates? you're going to coach the client? good luck!
