Something that I said to myself earlier today that may be useful to you: you're living through unprecedented times, so your neuroses may only make sense in retrospect. It's clear that they're happening in conjunction with this historical moment. They don't have to make sense now. They might only make sense when we've gotten an idea of what this period in history actually was.
