Bandwagon, the music-sharing platform built on Emissary, has seen a lot of success over the past few months. The site has grown to a catalogue of over 300 different musicians, spanning a wide range of different sounds and genres. After refining search and discovery features, project lead Ben Pate has decided to focus on introducing a payment system for music sales.

@yogthos great to see #Bandwagon progressing! I've still been checking out #music on Bandcamp despite all the flaws but with this fedi-thing coming through I can actually start recommending my musician-friends to switch! (A lot of people are currently mainly on Spotify and suchlike, so there was no point getting them onto Bandcamp only to make them move again to Bandwagon in a bit)
