Today I took off the pendant of the ashes of my friend off my chest at work because I feel too ashamed - Lemmy.World

I have a pendent that is made of the ashes of my best friend. I carry him around all the times. He unfortunately left me unexpectedly a few years ago. Today, I can’t bear to take him with me to work. I have been feeling so ashamed at work. I hope he understands. Just venting. Please don’t send me any self help message. I am not thinking of it.
