I've stood on many protest lines. Never had my life threatened like that. Wouldn't have stopped me, though.
Guess it's a good thing I can't get around like I used to. Especially in an open carry state.
@SpiritualAnnie I'm hoping to go to the protest in town again. I don't think there should be any problems in our little town. 🤞 The last one was very peaceful, but this is becoming so huge!
I know, but it needs to be huge to have an impact. Especially because of the parade.
I don't want to forget the army's birthday or Flag Day, though. And I feel for the soldiers that have to march in front of TFG. It's not their fault he hijacked their celebration.
This country needs everyone to step up and honor our soldiers while telling TFG to go f**k himself.

Nini@SpiritualAnnie Protestors aren't rioters, is the plan to kill the guys who have the riot shields, less-lethals and pepper gas?
They're already equating protestors with rioters, though I suspect it's 2 different groups.
DeSantis reminded Floridians they're allowed to hit protestors with cars if we don't move.
And we're open carry.

I'd love to see you and the kids! But I'd hold off on a decision until after the protests this weekend. I know the plan on the protestors side is wanting nonviolence but that doesn't mean it will go that way. Sounds like our Governor and the Sheriff are ready to fight. 😟
If nothing else, bring your ID's and passports.
