If you could send a couple dollars, it'd really help. Time isn't on my side here, and waiting is very expensive.

I never bought an insurance as my gov can and does make insurance corps invest in loss making oligarchies
Luckily it was not an operation and I was able to get work ( with an absolute crap corp) before I could walk
At that time my desire was just to be able to walk again
