Ida, right, was married to a man who was already married, only he told her the first marriage wasn't legal. He couldn't cope with his double life and ended it by taking poison.

Edith is not mentioned in the stories. She looks like Ida - I'm guessing she's her sister and that the photographer mistakenly wrote her name down wrong.

The other Mrs. Fish was called Mildred.

It's not the easiest story to follow, but the archive photos are great and Mr. Fish was a poultry man so🤷‍♂️ ....
