This is my first WWDC since switching away from the Apple Watch and have to say not really feeling any FOMO from the watchOS section #WWDC2025
V1RL@rileytestut I recently switched to a Garmin Epix and I love it. So freeing to have a long battery life. I don't miss watchOS at all.
noah978@v1rl @rileytestut This is 100% the issue that’s gonna prevent me from getting a new watch after my Apple Watch SE dies. I need a week battery life minimum. I want to wear it during nights, so the whole 1 days charge thing just doesn’t work for me
@noah978 You can get a new Garmin Epix for around $400. A couple of years they were a grand, but got replaced by the Fenix series. Awesome battery life, and OLED screen.
