"Just don't reply when you're annoyed" might be both the best advice ever, and the hardest advice to follow
fuck adblock, just give me a popup which asks "how fucked off are you rn?" when you try to reply
@theresnotime I cannot do that for the life of me

Which is why I often come off as a bitch

@theresnotime

I need this on a poster

@theresnotime Yep. Depending on the case you want to nurse inside you the anger and use it a better time or you want to let it go. Generalisation: never act on your feelings without rational processing.
@theresnotime I consider this the easiest strategy for mental health imaginable

@theresnotime

part of why it’s such bad advise for me for me is that I don’t realize I responded from a place of frustration until *after* I’ve responded. Emotional self awareness is pretty low over here.

@theresnotime it's way overrated tbh
@theresnotime I... can attest to experiencing the result of that last part....

@theresnotime I have to make sure I don't reply while hungry.

If I'm sated, and still feel that way... It's probably a them problem.

@theresnotime

it is, and it is. 🙂
