tulip the cat is an extension of myself. they are my sona, after all! i am nonbinary and exclusively use they/them pronouns. please do not use she/her for them. thank you...

i know strangers are bound to get it wrong - it's easy to see a pink cat with long hair and think "girl". trust me, i get it. but... i have been repeatedly misgendered by followers and it really hurts my feelings. please just try to keep this in mind going forward.

i chose a calico cat to represent myself for a few reasons. but did you know that for genetic reasons, the majority of real-life calico cats are girls? i chose to subvert that, bc i identify as nonbinary & trans. tho i can't help the fact that people associate pink and long hair with girls... v_v;
