AI is the future.

It does not matter if you like it or not. There were people who opposed steam engines. We adopted steam engines, and kept on going. Some levels of progress and technology, once invented and into the world, do not just vanish because a few people dislike it.

That said, the people who dislike AI do themselves a disservice, by only complaining about it, instead of helping shape how AI will work in our world.

@Linux The best thing people can do is to learn it and read up on how it works. Especially when it comes to LLM's. It's not magically intelligent even-though it might seem like it if you don't understand how it works.

Also learning a bit of how it works, you'll understand why and when it messes up. Where it's useful and where it's not.

Absolutely, I agree.

AI, at the moment, I find is a good alternative to Support Communities, when those places seem less than helpful. True, sometimes is wrong, but so are people, and unlike people AI is not going to judge you or gate keep you, and even when wrong, it can still guide you in the right direction.
