so if the #LASD is corrupt beyond repair and the DA is guilty of grave ethical and legal breaches for their refusal to prosecute murderers in the deputy gangs. Why doesn't the AG #RobBonta step in? And since he hasn't done anything, how is #GavinNewsome not ultimately responsible?
