Any recommendations for a #wordpressplugin that facilitates interaction from visitors?

Specifically, I have a "wishlist" of products so that I can share with friends for gift purchases at holidays, birthdays, etc.. I've been using it for a few years but it's always been clunky when it comes to people marking an item as "purchased". This has led to duplicate gifts and other issues. It needs to be anonymous, for example, maybe when a button is tapped, the post is hidden or deleted? Or maybe it sends me a notification to remove the product (not ideal cuz then I know what gifts are coming haha, but I won't know who got it).

I'd like to use the block editor and not code a custom interaction. I've searched multiple times and found lots of "Forms" plugins that could work but it's been iffy and they're always overly complicated for what I need. Hopefully that made sense. Is there anything like this for a personal wishlist on WordPress?
